Whether your project is small scale, or of tremendous complexity,
our design style is comprehensive, creative, functional, and
progressive. We will integrate your ideas, desires and goals with
our creative design capabilities to prepare a landscape plan that
exceeds your expectations and enhances the natural beauty of your
site. We personally guide each project from the design phase through
construction and installation to ensure that our high quality
standards are met. |

Initial consultation. We will learn about your
needs and wants and about the general scope of your
project. We will share some first impressions while you
share with us your goals and expectations.
Site analysis. This is performed on-site and recorded in
the studio on paper. Once we’ve received a surveyed plat
of your property, we will perform a site visit to gather
information regarding sun exposure, wind exposure, soil
type, utility concerns and other site specific
information. We will also consider your current usage of
the property, existing structures & their materials,
possible vistas & views and other “human” elements. |

The Concept Plan. The size and complexity of the project will
dictate whether or not a concept plan will be utilized in the design
process. This plan will illustrate the spatial organization of our
proposed plantings, hardscapes, pathways, garden structures,
lighting elements, and other notable features. A meeting is
scheduled with the client to discuss this concept plan and further
identify any additions or changes. |
|
The Master Plan. This is the final plan that will be submitted to
the client for implementation. It is the culmination of the site
analysis, client expectation, and our design initiative. This plan
will illustrate planted areas along with species and quantities,
hardscape specifications, and any other construction or irrigation
schematics that may be necessary for the successful installation of
the plan. |
